Sea Breeze, Mumbles, Swansea
Overview
Sea Breeze is a self-catering house in Mumbles, within a short walk of the seafront, shops, cafés and restaurants. Sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms, it offers a coastal base for families or friends exploring Swansea Bay and the Gower Peninsula.
An open-plan living area opens onto a private terrace and rose garden, with sea views adding to the setting. Cats are welcome, with up to three pets permitted in total by prior arrangement.
The Property
Sea Breeze has three upstairs bedrooms, arranged with a king-size bed, a double bed and two single beds. Bed linen, towels and dressing gowns are provided.
The lounge has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and an electric fire, alongside a dining area seating six. French doors connect the living space with the terrace, allowing guests to move easily between indoors and outside.
The separate kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A washing machine and dryer are also provided, making longer stays practical. Wi-Fi, books and board games are available.
Bathroom facilities include showers and a bath in the main bathroom.
Outside, the private terrace has seating beside a rose garden, with a barbecue available for outdoor cooking. The garden leads towards green space behind Oystermouth Castle.
Free private on-site parking is provided. An electric vehicle charging point is available, with charging billed according to the amount used.
For the Cat
Cats are welcome at Sea Breeze, with up to three pets permitted in total. Pets stay free, but guests must notify the host before arrival so that any applicable conditions can be discussed.
Location
Sea Breeze is in Mumbles, on the western side of Swansea Bay and within walking distance of the village centre and seafront. Independent shops, cafés and restaurants make it easy to enjoy time locally, while the promenade provides views across the bay.
Nearby Oystermouth Castle stands above Mumbles, surrounded by grounds and woodland paths. The seafront offers walks towards Mumbles Pier and views of the lighthouse, with connections to the Wales Coast Path.
Langland Bay and Caswell Bay offer further opportunities for beach days and coastal walks. The wider Gower Peninsula provides a choice of sandy bays, headlands and countryside to explore, while Swansea offers city attractions within reach of the house.
