Bute House is a first-floor apartment on the waterfront in Ardbeg, near Rothesay on the Isle of Bute. With two bedrooms and space for six guests, it welcomes up to two pets.

The Property
The apartment has a double bedroom and a family bedroom, alongside a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The sea-facing lounge provides comfortable seating, a smart television, Blu-ray player and digital radio. Streaming services can be accessed using your own accounts. A dining table seats four.
The galley kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine and free Wi-Fi make the apartment practical for longer stays as well as shorter island breaks.
For the Cat
Cats are welcome, with up to two pets permitted in total, each weighing under 25 kg. Bring all the supplies your cat will need, as pet equipment is not provided.

Location
Ardbeg sits along the coast from Rothesay, with waterfront walks and views across the bay. The apartment is approximately a 30-minute coastal walk or five-minute drive from Rothesay ferry terminal. Skeoch Woods is around five minutes away on foot.
A bus stop across the road offers a useful starting point for exploring the island. Rothesay has shops, places to eat and its distinctive moated castle, while Mount Stuart offers an impressive neo-Gothic house and grounds. Ettrick Bay is another island highlight, with a broad sandy beach.
