The Property
The ground floor is built around a generous farmhouse kitchen with an Aga, a breakfast bar and a large seating area for group meals. The cinema room is a highlight. It has a 75-inch Smart TV with Sky and Netflix, and seating upholstered in fabric from the Theatre Royal in Newcastle.

The fifth is a family bedroom with a double bed, a TV and a bunk bed for two children. It has its own en-suite shower room, which makes it a self-contained suite. A family bathroom with a roll-top bath and a shower over the bath completes the floor.
Outside, the enclosed garden is part lawn and part paved. It has plenty of seating, a chimenea and outdoor lighting for summer evenings. There is on-site parking.
