Boyne House, Pembrokeshire
Overview
Boyne House is a semi-detached holiday cottage in the rural hamlet of Nolton, on Pembrokeshire’s St Brides Bay. Sleeping up to seven guests across three bedrooms, with a cot for an additional infant, it makes a welcoming base for family holidays combining countryside and coast.
Spend the day exploring sandy coves and coastal paths, then return to a cosy lounge or relax in the private garden. Cats are welcome, so your companion can join you for your Pembrokeshire break.
The Property
Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the third offers bunk beds and an additional single sleeping space. The upstairs bathroom has a freestanding bath, with a separate shower room on the ground floor.
The lounge has a log burner, comfortable seating and a Smart TV, alongside a dining area for shared meals. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and NutriBullet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are useful for longer stays, and free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, enjoy the private garden and barbecue. Off-road parking directly outside the front door accommodates one car, with a second potentially fitting with careful parking.
Families have a cot, highchair, stair gate, bathroom booster step and children’s tableware, along with books, colouring materials, toys and games.
An optional hot tub can be hired through a separate supplier, subject to availability and an additional charge. It must be arranged and paid for separately from the accommodation.
For the Cat
Cats are welcome at Boyne House, with no limit on numbers and no additional charge. Pets must remain downstairs and stay off the furniture.
Accessibility
There is a ground-floor shower room, with stairs to the first floor and steps leading to the upper garden. The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.
